Thinking About a Flu Shot? Read This First

A couple of days ago, I walked through a major grocery store and noticed a big sign: “Save 10% on your groceries when you get a FREE flu shot!”

So, if my bill is $250, I save $25 — and supposedly avoid the flu. What a deal, right? These corporations must really care about my health… Wait, what!?

Later that same day, I turned on the radio and heard yet another ad promoting “FREE flu shots available near you.” It’s everywhere — in supermarkets, pharmacies, natural markets, and on every media outlet. Each year, the CDC and pharmaceutical companies launch massive campaigns to convince Americans to get flu shots. Doctors are quoted about “deadly flu strains,” and the pressure builds.

But have you ever stopped to wonder: Who really benefits from flu shots? Spoiler: it’s a multi-billion-dollar industry, and someone is profiting — but it isn’t you.

What’s Really in the Flu Shot?

The original idea of vaccination — strengthening the immune system — was noble. But today’s flu shot is filled with questionable and even toxic ingredients.

  • Egg protein: Most vaccines are grown in fertilized chicken eggs. If you have egg allergies, this can be risky.

  • Preservatives: Some multi-dose flu shots still contain thimerosal (mercury), which is linked to neurological, cardiovascular, and mental health issues. Others use formaldehyde — the same chemical found in glue and paint.

  • Stabilizers: Added sugars, sorbitol, and MSG keep vaccines potent. These are the same additives found in processed foods.

  • Antibiotics: Trace antibiotics like neomycin and gentamicin are added to prevent bacterial growth.

Even the CDC lists potential side effects: fever, headaches, muscle aches, swelling at the injection site, and in rare cases, severe allergic reactions or Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Why I Skip the Flu Shot

My family and I have never received a flu shot — and we rarely get sick. Why? Because we trust in the body’s natural defense system when supported with the right care.

We focus on:

  • Eating a nutrient-dense, organic diet

  • Avoiding processed foods, artificial additives, and excess sugar

  • Staying active and using sauna therapy

  • Supporting immunity with natural tonics and supplements

For years, we’ve relied on my Master Tonic, a powerful herbal blend that’s antibacterial, antiviral, antifungal, and immune-boosting. I’ve been drinking it for over 15 years, and I can honestly say — even when my kids bring home bugs from school — I stay healthy. Many customers have reported improvements in digestion, skin issues, energy, and even chronic conditions after incorporating it.

The Bigger Picture

My intention isn’t to spread fear, but to share information so you can make empowered choices for your health. We all have different beliefs, and I respect that. But for me, the risks of flu shots don’t outweigh the benefits — especially when natural prevention works.

Now more than ever, with viruses circulating widely, it’s time to strengthen your immune system and trust your body’s wisdom.

Stay happy, healthy, and empowered,
💚 Alex
