Look for products that have simple ingredients. I recommend buying Organic and Non Gmo as much as possible. Look for items that are vegan, gluten free and sugar free.
- Irish Steel Oats
- Mixed-grain hot cereals (be sure they are gluten and sugar free)

- Rice Cakes
- Flax crackers

- Fake meat (jackfruit meat alternative)
- Pasta - Artichoke, rice or quinoa, gnocchi, bean, ramen, etc.
