Fighting Inflammation with Apple Cider Vinegar


There is inflammation in the body all the time. People have varying degrees of inflammation which is felt in some peoples bodies and others don’t notice it. For many, inflammation shows up as joint pains or as issues with the intestines like celiac disease. However, nature provides ways to reduce inflammation. Including Apple Cider Vinegar daily is one way to combat inflammation in the body.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) has a list of health benefits because of its abundance of nutrients. When drinking ACV, the amount of inflammation inside the body is reduced. When you ingest ACV, which is alkaline, your blood cannot become too acidic. When the body is too acidic or has a low pH, our bodies are more susceptible to diseases, infection, lack of energy, nausea and inflammation.

To relieve inflammation issues such as arthritis or other joint problems, take a minimum of 2 teaspoons with water before meals.
