We are living in historical times. Too many things going on in the world all at one time. It is easy to get saturated with negativity and stress but that is not going to help you get through this time in your life. The tools I have stated above are the ways that I help myself during this time in my life. Stress only weakens your immune system and will not solve anything. Find that calm centered space within you while you try to come to a place of acceptance because it is what it is and find bits of gratitude to help you move along your days.
